ASA Stage 5
If you continue swimming at the same time as lessons, confidence grows and swimming will become enjoyable and more relaxed. Children then achieve more!

Please don't worry if your child doesn't want to practice when you take them swimming. This is their time to enjoy the water and have fun.

Teaching swimming to your child is a mile stone like learning to drive. And like learning to drive it is less frustrating and far quicker if you don't teach your own!!

We also work with older children to become water confident, over come any fears and improve all four strokes, breast stroke, back stroke, front crawl and butterfly.

All of my teachers are experienced in teaching both the National Teaching Scheme and the Ducklings awards.

They are CRB Checked, Lifeguard Trained, First Aiders, and Minimum Level 2 Qualified in teaching swimming. All teachers attend Continual Development Seminars.

Our aim is for your child to be safe in the water, where ever it may be. When your child has achieved Stage 4, s/he will be able to swim under water with confidence, float and swim 25 meters breast stroke (the survival stroke), 25m full back and front crawl.

25 Meters is the distance your child must be able to swim to go swimming alone at any swimming baths, once they've turned 8 years old.
